How do you ensure the products listed are Palm oil free and does this include the derivates of a products?
Our first step before allowing a brand to be stocked on our website is to ensure their values are similar to ours and assessing whether they are suitable for our platform. There is a strict vetting process where each brand is asked to provide written confirmation that all their products do not include any palm oil (this is also including the derivates of their whole product range). If necessary, we do question a number of ingredients that we believe may not be palm oil free and ask for proof.
We have turned down a large number of brands who we believe have made false claims to being palm oil free and simply haven't been able to supply us with the evidence we need and in a lot of cases brands have admitted they got it wrong! While our vetting process at times can be lengthy we feel it is absolutely necessary and we will continue to turn down any brands that do not pass this criteria.

In some cases the brands listed do hold the official international Palm Oil Free Certification Trademark and we encourage all brands to go through this process. For more information on the POFCAP Certification please visit www.palmoilfreecertification.org

While we try to do absolutely everything in our power to ensure all brands stocked are palm oil free, as stated on our home page we can't independently verify this.

What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Paypal and Clearpay. We take your privacy and data protection very seriously, our payment process is very secure and you can use any Mastercard, Visa or Maestro cards. We also do not share your personal dat to any third parties.
Are your products Vegan friendly?
Yes! The products listed are also Vegan friendly and cruelty free and we want to ensure all products are ethically made. Our packaging is also 100% recyclable.

What do I do if there are products missing from my order?
Were very sorry to hear if this has happened, if your parcel box has been opened or damaged in transit please provide photos of this so we can take this issue further with our courier. Any products missing we will try and replace as soon as possible, please get in touch with us as with your order number and the product item missing so we can try and resolve it... Click here
