Our Shipping Policy
How We Do It
FREE UK Shipping for all orders over £40.
Orders under £40 incur a £3.95 postage cost, with a delivery time expected within 5 working days
Next day delivery is available at a cost of £9.99. Please order before 3pm to ensure next day delivery. If after 3pm it may be dispatched the next working day (Monday to Friday).

Royal Mail Tracked & Signed (5-7 working days) – Delivery is worked out at checkout based on weight
International

Please note orders within and outside of the EU may be subject to customs charges and tax duty which you will need to pay before the order is delivered.
You must contact us if you do not receive your parcel within 30 days so we can track with Royal Mail. Over this period is subject to no refund.
Returns and Refunds
How It Works
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or for what ever reason not satisfied with the products purchased (we hope this would be in very rare cases). However in the event that you would like to return any products please contact us within 14 days of the product arriving and explaining the reason of the return. We will then be happy to assist with your refund, please read below to make sure your refund is eligible.
If a product has been used or opened due to hygiene reasons and being able to re-sell the products we will be unable to refund your payment. This also includes if the packaging has been damaged in anyway.
Delivery costs for returning the items unfortunately won't be covered.
Once we receive the returned item a refund will be issued, please note this may take up to 10 working days to be processed.
